With
signing of this contract the buyer pays an amount of Є

purchase will be considered final.

Under
the following conditions:
If the cat is sold to buyer to be used for breeding in future, the one condition is: buyer shall not sell any of the cats offspring back into The Netherlands.

At this date, on a point of time to be appointed between parties, buyer shall
collect the cat with the breeder. If buyer has not collected the cat on this
date or another date agreed upon, the purchase shall be dissolved by rights and
the prepaid loan of the purchase-money becomes due as a compensation to breeder.
Until
the abovementioned date of delivery the cat stays with the breeder for the
account and risk of breeder. If the cat dies during this period, the purchase
shall be dissolved by rights and buyer has the right to restitution of the
prepaid loan of the purchase-money.
Buyer
and breeder ascertain that the cat has/has no *) external perceptible defects.
Mention any defects:

In
case buyer cannot keep the cat anymore, he/she shall contact breeder first, in
order to prevent the cat from falling into the wrong hands (e.g. vivisection,
merchants etc.). Buyer binds him/herself not to sell the cat to other than a
private person and to inform breeder about this action.

case abovementioned points 3 and 4 nevertheless should have taken place, the
breeder has the right, without declaring in default beforehand, to claim and
take away the cat without restitution of the purchase-money or a part of the
purchase-money.
If
the kitten dies as a result of what is mentioned under point 1 and 2, the
breeder has the right to let buyer produce an autopsy report of a Pathology
Department or Laboratory commissioned by the breeder. The consequent expenses
are for the account of breeder. Breeder wishes to reserve the right to himself
to deviate from the abovementioned conditions if there is a question of bad
negligence on the part of buyer.
In
case of serious disease within 6 months after purchase buyer has to
inform breeder. The expenses for treatment are for the account of breeder,
provided that it concerns a serious genetic defect or infectious disease, which
provable only can have been caught within Cattery Van Scarlettini. A
veterinarian-statement is required. Breeder refunds the expenses for treatment
to a maximum which equals the purchase-amount of the kitten. All costs exceeding
this amount will not be refunded by breeder.
